From 2004 to 2019, the YMCA has trained a total of 25,861 young people as Peace and Coexistence Leader Managers, 52% of them women, across 7 regions of the country. These young leaders contribute to peacebuilding and the transformation of social conflict in Colombia by carrying out advocacy actions in the vulnerable communities where they live.
